    Andrew Ashraf is a young psychologist in the field of mental health treatment and research. He works at Rakhawy Institute for Training and Research. Studied the essentials of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) at Beck Institute and practicing it. He has also completed his intensive training in Motivational Interviewing (MI) offered by Mint Arabia and the Center for Motivation and Change, Netherlands. 

    Competent in identifying the psychological disorders and personality as well, in addition to the application of CBT and Motivational Interviewing (MI) therapy techniques. 

    An active member in the "International association for group psychotherapy and group processes" (IAGP) and practicing group psychotherapy and group work under the supervision of Prof. Mona Rakhawy.

    Participated in researches and papers with national and international agencies.

    • Skills group aims to reduce the anxiety using
      skills such as belly breathing, grounding
      techniques, cognitive distortions and many
      other skills.

      the supervision of the General Secretariat Of
