Canceling sessions for clients

Dear client, a canceled session will hurt three people: you, your therapist and another client who could have used the time you canceled. When a session is canceled without proper prior notice (if you cancel late or don't show up), we can't fill that time period by presenting it to another existing customer, waitlisted customer, or customer with an emergency issue. Without a cancellation policy, your processor will offer a financial discount or may not have an opportunity to schedule a session for another client. Our cancellation policy does not constitute a penalty or fine. Most of our clients understand this well. Our commitment to attending sessions on time is our top priority at New Hayat and an essential part of treatment requirements. In order to provide an effective procedure to preserve the rights and valuable time of our therapists and clients, New Hayat explains the procedures and conditions for canceling sessions so that the client is aware of them:
 1. Clients will receive a full refund of the session price if they cancel the session an hour or more after the session.

2. Clients will receive a 75% refund if they  cancel the session one hour prior to the appointment.

3. No refund will be given if the client cancels the session less than one hour prior to the session.

4. Customers are subject to four monthly cancellations.

5. Clients have the right to reschedule the session only once per session, and this must be completed one hour before the session.

6. In the event that the therapist does not attend for 15 minutes from the start of the session, the client has the full right to cancel the session or re-schedule another session without any new fees.

7. In case of any technical issue, you must report the issue no later than one hour before, after or during the session and then request a new time.

8. If you miss three scheduled appointments within a three-month time period without canceling or rescheduling in accordance with the cancellation policy, the treatment relationship will be terminated and appropriate referrals will be provided to another therapist.

9. You can cancel your session with your therapist before the session on a date by pressing the cancel session button, and if you are unable to do so, you must contact the customer service team and make sure that the team responds to your message or send an email to the site email.
